Jen Foley is a strategy-driven business consultant with a focus on digital strategies. Before founding Ballast Advisory, Jen developed a diverse consulting background focused in tech, working with both established and fast growing organizations. Jen has a bachelors in Marketing and Information Systems as well an MBA from Boston College. She’s a lifelong South Shore resident and proponent of using technology to make life easier.
The core Ballast service is helping business leaders make the best decisions at the right time. Sounds simple, but it is so critical to achieving sustainable growth. Our passion is helping independent businesses achieve sustainable growth whether that be improving their business operations, ecommerce strategy, or customer engagement.
As a testament to how Jen just likes to think about other businesses, she’s started several including South Shore Signals (local apparel), Grateful Graves (gravesite maintenance service), and serving the nature community with South Shore Trails.
