valentine’s day at home

  • The Collective Co. 400 Gannett Road Scituate United States (map)

Learn how to create a healthy and gourmet Valentine’s Day meal at home.

During this workshop you will:

  • Experience a live cooking demo (with tastings, of course) from Hannah, a trained holistic nutritionist, chef, and energy healer

  • Learn the 5 step process on how to make healthy cooking enjoyable and intuitive so you actually want to repeat it

  • Learn how to balance the needs of your mind, body, and spirit so that you can bring more ease and balance into your health routine (without so much forcing!)

Hannah will guide this experience through a combination of teaching and interactive reflection on Mind-Body-Soul health and a cooking experience. You will discover a new energy around cooking healthy foods and get re-inspired in the kitchen! We will focus on simplified nutrition (no counting!) and easy flavorful meals. You'll have a chance to reflect on anything keeping you "stuck" from maintaining your most vibrant health and how to integrate more joy.

This is for anyone who has ever thought…

  • “I want to be healthier”

  • “I should really start cooking more”

  • “I’m so done with the same 3 meals I cook on repeat every week”

  • “I want to eat well but I can’t go on another soul-sucking diet”

Hannah spent years living in heaviness, at war with her body and mind. An 18-year journey living with Crohn’s disease started out grim, but eventually led to a healing diet that taught her to heal her body from the inside out. Shortly thereafter, Hannah attended culinary school in southern Italy and studied the mind-body connection at the Academy of Healing Nutrition.

Hannah founded My Intuitive Health as a space for others to have a ridiculous amount of fun while cooking healing meals. She combines her background as a transformational life coach and wellness expert to create experiences that feed mind, body, and soul, including online cooking programs and culinary and wellness retreats in Italy and beyond. Her programs are infused with a contagious, lighthearted joy and playfulness that invites participants to embrace the idea that healing can be fun (and delicious). She helps her clients fall in love with healthy cooking so they can truly nourish their “soul health” from the inside out using food and energy as the catalyst to instantly raise their vibration. To learn more about Hannah and her offerings, you can visit her website, here
